O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar - Tupelo: Experience Delicious Dining in Tupelo, MS

The food was great. I had a double bacon burger with sautéed onions. The fries were hit or miss. Some were great. The majority of them were small and hollow as seen in the pictures. The ones that were good were great, but many were not. The burger was exceptional. I requested crispy bacon, and it was. My wife had the steak and chicken tenders with steamed broccoli and a loaded potato. All of her was great. I tried the steak, and it was tender and flavorful even for a well done steak( per her request) Our server Rebecca was great! She did an amazing job. Oh yea, the rolls were great also! The downside was the cleanliness of the restaurant. I observed a lot of food in the floor all around us. As I watched the waitresses clean the tables, I noticed all of them just wiped the crumbs onto the floor. The table was clean, but each time they cleaned a table the floor got worse. That just seems counterproductive to me. Overall a great experience, they just definitely need to look at how they clean tables. No one ever vacuumed or swept the entire time.

We decided to go on Valentines Day 2025. Crazy right? It took us about 45 minutes to get seated, they told us 25. Once we got in, it was uphill from there. The server was slammed, but she handled it like a pro!! I forgot to get her name. The kitchen was slammed with in-house orders, pickups, and deliveries, and they were awesome. The food was great! Tracey V was the absolute best server I have ever had! The best encounter I’ve had eating somewhere! She was just beyond helpful and largely friendly! Thank you Tracey!

The service was too slow. We were done with appetizers before our cocktails arrived. Most of the chips fell on the floor and she kept forgetting to bring more. Don't go to the bathroom. They are dirty, not gross but enough to make me regret leaving the table.

Had the pleasure of eating at one of my favorite places. While a lot of O'charleys has closed down, when we discovered this one while traveling thru Tupelo, Miss.,we were excited. Some of the usual things we order had changed. But it still didn't disappoint. The service made it even better. This young lady was spot on, very friendly and efficient.. Thanks O'charleys.

All of the Charlie’s in Alabama closed and their Louisiana sirloin is a steak I always crave. While staying in Tupelo I went to this Charlie’s all excited about getting a steak. It took a while to even get waited on (at 1:30 no one in there ). It took 40 minutes to get our food and 20 minutes to beg for a check. Way too slow

My wife and I had a nice date here. This place was real clean and the staff treats you like family. Bathrooms are really clean also with plenty of space there's no wait to be seated. Food is delicious and hot. I highly recommend coming to o Charlie's.
